Coloplast Titan Inflatable Penile Prosthetic

The Coloplast Titan (Classic) and Titan OTR (One-Touch Release) are 3-piece inflatable penile implants that include two cylinders, a reservoir and a pump and release valve. Saline is pumped from the reservoir into the cylinders to create an erection. To return to a flaccid state, you press the deflation site on the pump and the saline flows back into the reservoir. The fluid-filled system is made from silicone and Bioflex, a supple, yet durable, biopolymer material. Parts are connected by silicone tubing.

The Titan is similar to the AMS 700 Series penile implant but it's thicker, which provides more rigidity for men who have a penis length of 7" and over. In contrast to malleable/semi-rigid implants, the Titan provides both rigidity and flaccidity.

The Titan OTR also also features one-touch release (OTR) touch pads for easy, one-handed deflation.
